General Billing Rules:

Standard service includes 250 hours per month connection time. Usage stats are available here.

Credit card payments are automatic, whether monthly, semi-annual or annual, until you ask to change your payment options, or cancel your service.

Accounts 15 days past due are subject to a $2 late fee. Accounts 30 days past due are subject to disconnection. There may be a $20 reconnection fee.

Checks returned for any reason by the bank are subject to a $20 service fee.

Our bills are primarily sent by email to your Graphtronics e-mail account. If you have an email account you check more often (such as hotmail, yahoo, aol, etc.), please contact billing@graphtronics.net with your main email address.

If you would rather receive a paper bill by US Mail, please contact our billing department by phone at 937.878.9727, or email billing@graphtronics.net.

FREE Internet Service

Our current customers can earn FREE Internet Service. For every new customer you refer to Graphtronics, you will receive a credit equal to one free month of standard dial-up service. Sign up as many of your friends and family as you want, you can receive a free month for each one!

Current customer accounts must be in good standing to receive the free month credit. New customers must use Graphtronics' services for at least one month. Free month credits will not be given until new customers have made payment for services. Free month credit is not to exceed the value of a month of standard dial-up (currently $14.95). Free months will be added on to the end of the current billing cycle. Please have new customers give your name as referral at time of sign-up.

Refunds:

If it is necessary to discontinue your service before the end of your billing period, the following refund policies will apply:

Monthly customers - no refunds will be given for partially used months.
Semi-annual customers - used months will be pro-rated to the current monthly rate. Partially used months will be counted as a full month. Any money left will be refunded to the customer.
Annual customers - used months will be pro-rated to the current monthly rate. If the customer has used 6 months, usage will be pro-rated to the current semi-annual rate, any additional months used will be pro-rated to the current monthly rate. Partially used months will be counted as a full month. Any money left will be refunded to the customer.

Graphtronics accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Monthly payments may be made by credit card ONLY. Semi-annual and annual payments may be made by credit card, check, cashier's check or money order. Checks and money orders should be mailed to the address below. Credit card payments may be made by calling our office during business hours. Current standard dial-up pricing is: Monthly accounts - $14.95 per month (payable by credit card only) Semi-annual accounts - $77.70 per 6 months (equals 12.95/mo.)
